Role: Senior Manager, Global Oncology Communications, Bladder Cancer and GU Public Affairs, supporting integrated global strategies to enhance Johnson & Johnsonβs reputation and stakeholder engagement in oncology, with a primary focus on bladder cancer. Responsibilities: develop and execute communications and public affairs plans aligned with portfolio milestones; translate complex scientific data into compelling messaging; collaborate with global teams, R&D, Medical Affairs, and regional partners to ensure consistent, impactful narratives; support product launches and disease awareness initiatives; integrate public affairs considerations into overall strategies; monitor industry landscape for risks and opportunities; and optimize communication efforts through insights and analytics. Requirements: bachelorβs degree; 8+ years in corporate, agency, NGO, or government communications with proven results; experience with global/regional oncology or therapeutic area strategies, preferably in bladder or genitourinary oncology; strong storytelling, organizational, and project management skills; ability to influence in a matrixed environment; expertise in stakeholder engagement, media/digital campaigns, and strategic counsel. Preferred: experience supporting product lifecycle, market-shaping, or policy engagement in oncology.
