Senior Manager, Global Inventory and Cost Accounting

Role: Support global inventory and cost accounting functions within biopharma manufacturing, focusing on scaling processes, standard cost analysis, and ERP system development. Responsibilities: maintain and analyze standard cost records for commercial supply chain inventory, support product costing for US and international markets, lead process improvements, ensure accurate inventory valuation, reconcile inventory transactions, develop standardized policies, manage transfer pricing and physical inventory counts, collaborate across departments including Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance, and support ERP enhancements. Requirements: Bachelor’s in accounting or finance, 7+ years experience in standard costing within biopharma manufacturing, proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel skills, strong analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration ability.
