Senior Manager, Global Digital & Technology Systems Engineering

Role: Senior Manager, Global Digital & Technology Systems Engineering at a biopharma focused on cancer therapies, responsible for executing systems engineering activities across R&D systems, platforms, and AI/ML integrations. Responsibilities: implement and support hybrid cloud, SaaS, HPC, containerized environments; develop technical documentation, deployment plans, and operational support artifacts; ensure security, compliance, and operational readiness; support AI architecture patterns including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic workflows; coordinate with Enterprise IT, vendors, and R&D stakeholders for system design, integration, and risk management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 7+ years in systems engineering, cloud, or digital roles; hands-on programming in Python, SQL, JavaScript, and experience with DevOps, APIs, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and ML/AI deployment; familiarity with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, security standards, and pharmaceutical compliance. Preferred: biotech/pharma industry experience, knowledge of high-performance computing, and AI architecture implementation.
