Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain GCSO communications strategy and editorial roadmap aligned to IM priorities.
- Translate GCSO strategies/capabilities/proof points into messaging frameworks, story briefs, and toolkits.
- Develop βhow we winβ stories and partner with SMEs to shape key moments.
- Draft, edit, and quality-control leader messages, one-pagers, FAQs, slide-ready summaries, intranet articles, newsletters, and video scripts with compliance review.
- Serve as day-to-day partner to GCSO leadership; manage intake, prioritization, and delivery.
- Coordinate regional pull-through across North America, EMEA, AP, and LATAM; adapt content regionally.
- Coordinate with TA communications, corporate/enterprise, public affairs, employee communications, and digital/social teams.
- Plan/deliver internal communications and GCSO engagement moments (town halls, summits, meetings, capability launches).
- Support selective external storytelling and draft executive-level materials for external engagement.
- Manage workstreams, reporting success measures, and use modern/AI-enabled tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required (communications/journalism/PR/marketing or related preferred).
- 8+ years progressive corporate/PR/employee/healthcare/biopharma communications experience (in-house and/or agency).
- Strong writing/editing/storytelling; ability to translate complex strategy for multiple audiences.
- Project management end-to-end; high integrity and compliant communications.
- Up to 25% travel.
