Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the financial partner to Tech Ops functional leaders (CMC, Integrated Planning, Global Supply Chain Strategy, MSAT, Global Manufacturing, Supply Chain Operations, and Quality Assurance), providing strategic insights and decision support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Tech Ops teams to align financial plans with manufacturing timelines and technical operations priorities.
- Represent FP&A in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), ensuring supply/manufacturing plans are financially aligned with operating expense and cash forecasts.
- Manage cash and operating expense forecasting: annual budget, quarterly Latest Best Estimate (LBE), and Mid-/Long-Range Plan cycles.
- Identify financial risks/opportunities/trends across API supply, drug product manufacture, and consulting spend; communicate implications and actions.
- Lead expense management and month-end close for assigned departments, including accurate OOP expense accruals.
- Review/approve PO requests in Coupa to ensure SOWs are budget-aligned and coding/accounting policies are followed.
- Partner with Accounting on inventory accounting (standard costing; capitalization of commercial API and drug product).
- Develop monthly/quarterly executive dashboards and reporting; provide variance/bridging reports for LBE discussions.
- Support ad-hoc modeling/analytics and strategic projects (CMC investments, capacity/network planning, manufacturing/supply chain business cases).
Required & Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance/Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
- 7+ years relevant finance/accounting experience; minimum 5 years FP&A preferred.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and global financial operations.
- Pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical or similar regulated industry experience; CMC/Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Technical Ops finance experience a plus.
- Advanced Excel; experience with Coupa, Concur, and ERP (SAP/NetSuite); consolidation/forecast tools (Datarails/Hyperion/OneStream) a plus.
- Excellent communication/presentation and stakeholder influence.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving/prioritization; ability to work independently and across global teams.
- Minimum 3 days/week in Conshohocken, PA.
