Senior Manager, FP&A – Tech Ops

Role: Senior FP&A Manager serving as a strategic finance partner to Madrigal's Technical Operations (Tech Ops), including CMC, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance. Responsibilities: oversee budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and executive reporting; support resource allocation, operational planning, and align financial strategies with manufacturing and supply timelines; drive financial analysis for Tech Ops initiatives and process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance or related field; 7+ years in finance, with at least 5 years FP&A experience; strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, CMC, or regulated industries; proficiency in Excel, Coupa, ERP systems, and financial systems such as Hyperion or OneStream. Preferred: MBA or CPA. High-Value: supporting biotech manufacturing, supply chain, and CMC functions; experience with regulated pharma environment; collaboration with global teams; office-based in Conshohocken, PA, with three days/week onsite.
