Senior Manager, FP&A
Role Responsibilities:
- Support the annual budget and lead periodic forecast and long-range planning cycles (calendars, templates, assumptions, and consolidation).
- Partner with function heads to manage departmental budgets and surface variances, risks, and opportunities vs. plan.
- Own Adaptive Planning administration and enhancement (model maintenance, data integrity, dashboards, reporting, user support, and process improvements).
- Prepare monthly and quarterly actual-to-budget reporting, variance analysis, and management reporting packages; ensure alignment across NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, and budget owners.
- Support commercial FP&A for launch readiness (sales force expenses, market access, patient services, T&E, fleet, distribution/3PL, revenue, gross-to-net, inventory, COGS).
- Provide financial analysis for business cases, scenario planning, and resource allocation across R&D, G&A, and commercial.
- Build scalable FP&A processes, reporting standards, and planning governance for a SOX-compliant public company environment.
Skills & Attributes (Required/Preferred):
- Strong FP&A fundamentals (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling).
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling; clear communication of conclusions.
- Strong PowerPoint and executive-ready communication.
- Business partnering skills; credibility with function heads and constructive challenge.
- Comfort with SOX/public-company control process discipline.
- Highly organized, adaptable, fast-paced with multiple priorities.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration/Economics or related field (MBA, CPA, or advanced credential preferred).
- 6β8+ years progressive FP&A/finance/accounting/business planning experience (public company preferred).
- Biotech/biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical/life sciences experience required; commercial finance or launch readiness strongly preferred.
- Adaptive Planning strongly preferred; NetSuite/ERP experience preferred.
Supervisory Responsibility:
- No direct supervision initially; scope may evolve.
Travel:
- Up to 10% travel.

- US Salary Range: $160,000β$176,068.
