Senior Manager, FP&A

Role: Senior Manager of FP&A supporting CG Oncology's rapid growth as they advance bladder cancer therapies. Responsibilities: lead corporate, G&A, and enterprise headcount planning; support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; improve FP&A processes and tools; collaborate cross-functionally on strategic and operational analyses; contribute to long-range planning. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics; 7–10+ years in FP&A, preferably within biotech or pharma; strong Excel and enterprise planning software experience (Adaptive, Anaplan); proven ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and headcount modeling; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
