Senior Manager, FP&A

Role: Senior Manager, FP&A at a fully remote, publicly traded biopharma preparing for commercial launch, supporting financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. Responsibilities: manage departmental budgets, lead budgeting and long-range planning, oversee Adaptive Planning administration, prepare variance and management reports, support commercial FP&A activities related to launch readiness, and develop scalable FP&A processes aligned with SOX compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related; 6-8+ years in FP&A or finance roles, preferably within biotech or pharmaceuticals; experience with Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems; strong financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint, and business partnering skills. Preferred: biotech or life sciences experience, commercial finance, launch readiness expertise, advanced finance credentials (MBA, CPA).
