Senior Manager, FP&A

Role: Senior Manager of FP&A supporting CG Oncology’s rapid growth and transition toward commercialization. Responsibilities: lead corporate, G&A, and enterprise headcount planning; oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; optimize FP&A processes, reporting, and scenario modeling; collaborate cross-functionally with HR, clinical, technical, and commercial teams; support strategic projects and long-range planning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics; 7–10+ years’ FP&A experience in biotech, pharma, or life sciences; expertise in corporate consolidation, management reporting, Excel modeling, and enterprise planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan); strong cross-functional partnership and communication skills; experience with scaling organizations preferred.
