Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Role: Senior Manager, FP&A at Sana Biotechnology, responsible for integrating financial planning and reporting with R&D, CMC, and G&A functions. Objectives: support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and enhance process efficiency to enable strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: prepare variance analyses, support month-end close activities, develop tools for project-level resource planning, analyze expenses per US GAAP, and provide financial insights for leadership.
