Senior Manager, Finance

Role: Senior Manager of Finance overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for multiple biopharma manufacturing sites (Marlborough, Rancho, Estonia, Bridgewater). Objectives: support operational efficiency, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making across manufacturing operations. Responsibilities: serve as financial business partner to site leadership; analyze plant performance metrics; develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis; drive continuous improvement initiatives; collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain and procurement; manage and develop a team of 2-3 finance professionals; and perform ad hoc financial projects. Requirements: Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; 7-10 years of finance experience in manufacturing, preferably with SAP or ERP systems; strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to lead a team and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Preferred: MBA or CPA/Chartered Accountant license. High-Value: biopharma manufacturing context, cost and process efficiencies, cross-site financial management, and operational performance metrics.
