Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Owner to design solutions solving business problems; translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with technical leads/architects to convert roadmaps into scalable architectures, development plans, and executable work.
- Lead technical delivery for field AI decision support and field reporting products (dashboards, applications, CRM-integrated views), plus related integrations and reporting structures/data models.
- Lead agile ceremonies; ensure disciplined execution and end-to-end ownership of complex technical challenges.
- Ensure solutions meet security policies and regulatory requirements; direct vendor partners.
- Mentor developers and lead cross-team problem solving.
Required/Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- BS in CS/Engineering/IS (or related).
- 7+ years (or 5+ with Master’s) in field force effectiveness, sales ops, CRM platforms, and/or field analytics (go-to-market, territory management, incentive compensation, field performance).
- 2+ years experience as Tech Lead/TPM/Engineering Manager (managing developers).
- Enterprise-scale digital platforms experience (AI-enabled decision support + field reporting).
- Agile product development experience.
- Preferred: Veeva (AI, Copilot, Xpages) and Field NBA interface; pharma/healthcare and specialty/rare disease experience.
Working Requirements
- 10–20% travel.
Compensation/Benefits (US)
- Base pay range: $141,600.00–$212,400.00; may include bonus/incentive and discretionary equity; medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and flexible paid vacation.
