The Senior Manager, Digital Corporate Communications will manage the analytics reporting for the corporate social media channels and corporate websites across 19 countries. This role will work closely with the corporate social media team on analyzing content campaigns and posts and will provide guidance on performance. Reports will need to be created and distributed on a weekly basis to the Corporate Communications team, monthly to senior leaders, and quarterly to the Office of the CEO that will include recommendations on improving content engagement.
This role will also be responsible for managing the employee engagement program that will activate employees to share content on their personal social media that is aligned to the corporate messaging. In addition to employee engagement, the Senior Manager will need to develop online training that provides employees guidance on proper use of social media practices in a regulated environment.
Additional responsibilities will include managing postings on the company intranet website and ensuring that content is maintained and kept current. The intranet will need to follow the new corporate branding guidelines that will be rolled out in the April 2025 timeframe.
This position will be the backup to the social media team for content management, monitoring, and responses. Additional responsibilities may include management of 19 country corporate websites that will be centralized in the Digital Corporate Communications team. This role may need to work with the country leads on updating and maintaining the local websites following all brand guidelines.
The Senior Manager must possess strong organizational and project management skills and have experience working globally with different teams and functions. Having knowledge of local regulatory laws is a plus, but not required. Must have experience working with content management systems and the ability to manage a web agency for website updates.
Bachelorโs degree required with at least seven (7) years of related experience.

$129,600.00 - $174,600.00 annually.
