Senior Manager, Data Stewardship

Role: Senior Data Steward leading data governance for US Market consumer data at biopharma company Genmab. Objectives: ensure high-quality, trusted, and well-governed data for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, enabling analytics, personalization, and decision-making across commercial, medical, and digital teams. Responsibilities: define and enforce data standards, resolve data issues, collaborate on governance frameworks, ensure privacy compliance, and promote data literacy. Scope includes overseeing data quality, metadata, and governance across platforms like Reltio, Databricks, and Salesforce, influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives. Qualifications: 8+ years in data stewardship, governance, or management; strong knowledge of data quality, metadata, and governance frameworks; experience with MDM (preferably Reltio), data platforms, and regulated industries like pharma/healthcare. Preferred: knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data 360, and Life Sciences Cloud. Seniority: individual contributor with enterprise and US Market ownership; recognized SME in data governance, operating autonomously, influencing senior teams, and leading enterprise data councils.
