About The Role
Genmab seeks an experienced data steward to lead consumer data stewardship and data governance across US Market domains, ensuring high-quality “golden records” for patients, caregivers, and HCPs.
Work Arrangement
- Flexibility to work away from the office 20%–40% of a typical schedule (single or consecutive days), not exceeding 40% within a 60-day period, and approved by the hiring manager.
What You’ll Do
- Lead consumer data stewardship as an individual contributor.
- Define/enforce data standards, business definitions, and data quality rules.
- Partner to resolve data issues and improve data integrity.
- Operationalize data governance frameworks and policies with business, privacy, legal, and enterprise governance teams.
- Embed governance into data platforms with data science, analytics, architecture, and external teams.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Drive adoption of governance tools and promote data literacy.
Technology Environment
- Reltio (MDM)
- Databricks, DBT, Unity Catalog (access control, QC, governance, lineage)
- Salesforce Data 360, Salesforce Health Cloud, Tableau (as needed)
What You Bring
- 8+ years in data stewardship, data governance, or data management
- Strong data quality/metadata/governance framework knowledge
- MDM experience (Reltio preferred)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data 360, life sciences cloud preferred
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Pharma/biotech/healthcare or other regulated industry experience is a plus
