Senior Manager, Data Science

Role: Lead and develop a high-performing Data Science team to drive advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI solutions across Alcon’s enterprise functions such as Commercial, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Responsibilities: formulate data-driven projects, collaborate with data strategy, select and validate models, mentor team members, communicate insights to stakeholders, and oversee AI platform architecture, including cloud-based Generative AI and LLMOps. Ensure solutions adhere to governance, compliance, and risk standards while delivering measurable business impact. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years’ relevant experience, including 5+ years in leadership. Skilled in statistical analysis, machine learning, MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and enterprise analytics. Preferred: Master’s degree or higher, extensive AI/ML deployment experience, stakeholder management, and experience supporting diverse enterprise functions.
