Senior Manager, Data Protection & Insider Risk - Asia

Role: Senior Manager, Data Protection & Insider Risk focusing on data security and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) in Mainland China, supporting global data protection efforts. Responsibilities: investigate incidents, triage alerts, develop risk mitigation strategies, collaborate cross-functionally with international teams including India and Switzerland, and tailor DLP policies to the China market. Conduct regular assessments, develop metrics, and recommend improvements to data security systems. Requirements: 5+ years in data security and DLP, strong cyber security, risk management, and compliance background; experience with incident investigations and DLP technologies such as encryption, access controls, SIEM; bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English preferred. High-Value: deep understanding of China’s legal, regulatory, and cultural environment affecting data security; experience working with China-based stakeholders and familiar with local collaboration tools; hybrid work schedule with a U.S.-based location.
