Responsibilities
- Execute global cybersecurity awareness, training, and engagement strategies aligned to business priorities, risk, threats, and regulatory requirements.
- Own Human Risk Management products/services: define strategy, roadmap, priorities, adoption plans, and continuous improvements.
- Design and deliver enterprise-wide awareness campaigns, role-based learning, leadership engagement, and targeted interventions for high-risk groups.
- Create modern learning experiences (microlearning, gamification, AI-enabled education) using behavioral science and emerging tech.
- Identify and implement AI/automation to improve awareness, training, communications, and engagement; promote secure/responsible AI use.
- Define/monitor KPIs for security culture, behavior change, risk reduction; analyze phishing/training/engagement data and provide executive insights.
- Oversee awareness/training technologies, reporting platforms, vendors, and partners for delivery, scalability, and innovation.
- Partner with Corporate Affairs, Learning & Development, Cyber Threat Intelligence, and Business Information Security to translate threats into timely education.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development/Org Change & Comms/Cybersecurity/Computer Science or related field.
- 8–10+ years experience in cybersecurity awareness/training, human risk management, learning & development, and organizational change.
- Strong knowledge of social engineering/phishing, IAM, data protection, cloud security, insider risk, and human-related cyber risk.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
- Strong executive communication; ability to influence global stakeholders.
Preferred
- Advanced phishing simulation, human risk management platforms, behavioral analytics.
- Digital product/service owner experience; AI-enabled learning/engagement/risk reduction.
- SANS SSAP (or similar) certification.
Benefits/Pay (if applicable)
- Anticipated base pay range: $122,000–$212,750.
