Role: Senior Manager overseeing CRM Engineering, Administration, & Development with a focus on AI-driven enhancements for Veeva CRM in a pharmaceutical context. Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; 9+ years in IT including CRM platform development, administration, and enterprise solution delivery; 5+ years with Veeva CRM including platform administration, UIX development, and integrations; 3+ years in AI/ML or automation solutions; 4+ years SDLC experience in regulated life sciences environments; strong leadership and communication skills; at least 2 relevant certifications.
