Senior Manager, Corporate Development

Role: Senior Manager, Corporate Development at Agenus, focusing on strategic partnerships, capital raising, investor relations, and financial planning within an immuno-oncology biotech. Responsibilities: lead and coordinate initiatives across Business Development, Strategic Finance, and Investor Relations; manage investor engagement, organize roadshows, and facilitate conference participation; develop and refine multi-year financial models; oversee existing partnerships and participate in pipeline activities; support outlicensing and regional partnership efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 3+ years in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or related fields, preferably with biotech or pharma experience; strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: advanced degree (MBA, PhD), biotech/pharma industry experience, and prior involvement in licensing, partnering, or financing transactions. High-Value: focus on immuno-oncology assets, pipeline management, strategic transactions, and cross-functional collaboration with Clinical, R&D, Legal, Regulatory, and Commercial teams. Location: onsite in Lexington, MA, with potential for cross-company activities involving MiNK Therapeutics and SaponiQx.
