Senior Manager, Contracts

Role: Senior Manager of Contracts within the Legal team at a biotech company, focusing on contract lifecycle management across research, clinical, commercial, and G&A functions. Responsibilities: draft, review, negotiate various agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor contracts); partner with stakeholders to define project needs; identify legal and business risks; administer and optimize CLM platform (Ironclad); improve workflows, reporting, and automation; support legal and cross-functional projects.
