Senior Manager, Contracts

Role: Senior Manager, Contracts at a late-stage biotech preparing for first product launch, focusing on drafting, negotiating, and managing biotech agreements. Responsibilities: lead contract negotiations across R&D, Development, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, G&A; support and enhance contracts management systems; provide legal advice on complex issues; manage external law firms; lead special projects including process improvements and training. Requirements: 5+ years in biotech or life sciences contract negotiation; experience with master service agreements, SOWs, research and clinical trial agreements, manufacturing and commercial contracts; strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: familiarity with contract management tools like Ironclad and DocuSign; legal experience in-house at a biotech company; Bachelor’s degree.
