Key Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and deliver solution architectures for content & digital platforms and the Marketing AI platform; hands-on backend code (Python, Node.js), APIs (REST/GraphQL), data pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Serve as Technical Lead for end-to-end Azure-to-AWS migration of the Marketing AI platform (service mapping, data migration, re-platforming, cutover) and design target-state AWS architecture (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EventBridge).
- Build and deploy agentic AI applications (autonomous marketing agents for content generation, segmentation, orchestration, real-time personalization) using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom orchestration with human-in-the-loop governance.
- Automate end-to-end marketing workflows (insight generation to approval, distribution, channel activation, performance measurement) to increase speed-to-market and enable personalized marketing at scale.
- Drive DevOps/cloud infrastructure: CI/CD (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, Jenkins), IaC (Terraform, CDK/CloudFormation), container orchestration (ECS/EKS/Kubernetes), serverless, environment strategy, automated testing, blue/green, monitoring/logging, incident response.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- BS/MS in CS (or related); 8+ years IT engineering/architecture; 6+ years as technical architect/lead for content/digital/AI platforms.
- 4–5 years backend engineering (production APIs/microservices/event-driven/data pipelines) using Python/Node.js/Java.
- 4–5 years DevOps/AWS (CI/CD, IaC, container orchestration, serverless, env management) with Azure-to-AWS migration and/or AI/ML platform development.
- Full-stack capability: React/JavaScript/TypeScript; relational (PostgreSQL/RDS) and NoSQL (DynamoDB/DocumentDB).
- GenAI/AI-ML (Bedrock, SageMaker, LLM app dev, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic frameworks).
- IT governance, data privacy/cyber security reviews, risk assessments, Git workflows; strong stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Benefits/Compensation
- Princeton, NJ β€” $139,570 - $169,126 (starting range). Additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
