Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Compliance Operations & Analytics supports the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Mirumโ€™s global healthcare compliance program, partnering cross-functionally to meet ethical and legal obligations. Leads operational aspects focused on compliance analytics, open payments/transparency reporting, auditing, and technology-enabled process improvement.

Responsibilities
- Support ongoing development and continuous improvement of the healthcare compliance program.
- Design, enhance, and operationalize compliance policies, SOPs, standards, and controls aligned with federal/state laws and industry guidance.
- Provide practical, risk-based compliance guidance to Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and others.
- Support compliance committee activities, risk assessments, and remediation tracking.
- Assist with third-party compliance due diligence and monitoring.
- Lead Federal Open Payments (Sunshine Act) and applicable state transparency reporting operations (data governance, reconciliation, issue resolution, aggregate spend validation, and cross-functional coordination).
- Support pre-submission review, dispute resolution support, and post-submission reconciliation.
- Monitor evolving transparency regulations and drive process/automation improvements for accuracy, efficiency, and audit readiness.
- Design and execute risk-based compliance monitoring/analytics using internal/external data.
- Conduct compliance audit activities (ride-alongs, speaker program reviews, congress audits, expense monitoring, targeted transactional reviews).
- Create dashboards/KPIs/trends to identify risks; develop and monitor corrective action plans.
- Evaluate and implement AI-enabled compliance solutions (monitoring, analytics, workflow automation, reporting) with appropriate governance and privacy controls; support responsible AI frameworks.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; advanced degree (JD, MBA, MPH, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
- 5+ years in healthcare compliance, compliance operations, audit, analytics, or related roles in biotech/pharma/life sciences.
- Experience in small to mid-size biotech strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance laws (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute, PhRMA Code, FDA promotional requirements, Open Payments/Sunshine Act, state transparency laws).
- Direct experience managing Sunshine Act/Open Payments and state transparency reporting operations required.
- Experience developing compliance monitoring/auditing/analytics programs and dashboards.
- Proficiency with analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL or similar) required.
- AI-enabled compliance tools/automation/advanced analytics experience preferred.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Finance, Legal, Privacy, IT, etc.
- Rare disease/specialty pharma experience preferred.

Compensation
- Salary range: $175,000โ€“$190,000 USD (base salary only; bonus/equity/benefits not included unless otherwise provided).
