Senior Manager, Compliance Operations & Analytics

Role: Senior Manager, Compliance Operations & Analytics, leading Mirum’s global healthcare compliance program with a focus on analytics, transparency reporting, and process automation. Responsibilities: develop and enhance compliance policies; oversee Open Payments and state transparency reporting; design and implement compliance monitoring, audits, and risk assessments; leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and insights; collaborate with cross-functional teams across Commercial, Medical, Legal, Finance, Privacy, and IT; support compliance culture and committee activities; and develop dashboards and KPIs for risk monitoring. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years’ experience in healthcare compliance, audit, or analytics within biotech or pharma, with direct experience managing Sunshine Act/Open Payments reporting; proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL); knowledge of healthcare laws including Anti-Kickback, PhRMA Code, FDA promotional rules, and transparency laws. Preferred: experience with AI-enabled compliance tools; background in rare diseases or specialty pharma.
