Responsibilities:
- Own and operate Mirum’s Commercial IT integration landscape, including enterprise integration architecture, standards, and governance.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, performance, and resiliency of real-time/event-driven and batch integrations supporting Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (SFLC) and the Commercial ecosystem.
- Define reusable integration patterns, API strategies, data contracts, and architectural guardrails; align designs with CRM platform configuration.
- Establish monitoring/alerting/observability; lead incident management, root-cause analysis, and remediation for integration failures.
- Implement structured error handling, retry/recovery logic, and manage integration change, release coordination, and production support.
- Evaluate and recommend integration technologies; standardize patterns to improve troubleshooting and operational efficiency.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors; coordinate deployments and production issue resolution; ensure knowledge transfer.
- Ensure integrations meet security/privacy/regulatory requirements; maintain audit readiness documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years designing/supporting enterprise integrations in complex environments.
- Proven Salesforce integration experience (real-time and batch).
- Hands-on iPaaS/middleware experience (Workato, MuleSoft, Informatica, or equivalent).
- Exposure to data engineering, data warehousing, or Commercial analytics preferred; biotech/pharma or similarly regulated industries strongly preferred.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Enterprise integration architecture (API-led, event-driven, middleware, batch).
- Data governance/master data understanding; observability and resilient production integration design.
- Strong troubleshooting/analytical skills; leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $190,000–$205,000 USD (base salary; other comp/benefits only if provided separately).
