Job Title: Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics, HIV Prevention Integrated Insights

Responsibilities:
- Manage tasks, activities, and contractors supporting the HIV Prevention business unit; lead complex projects requiring cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop data-based insights to inform brand, franchise, and business unit strategy and execution.
- Support KPI/performance development and reporting; collaborate to build an annual business analytics plan for each brand.
- Leverage data/analytics to inform brand strategy through the BPOA process.
- Conduct analytics projects (e.g., HCP/patient segmentation, customer journey/treatment flow, sampling strategy).
- Create performance reporting and diagnostics, including HQ dashboards and reports.
- Evaluate new secondary data sources and analytics methodologies; identify opportunities to integrate new capabilities and AI technologies.
- Produce objective quantitative analyses and lead business case development.
- Collaborate to integrate analytics context into Tactic Measurement and Marketing Mix to inform Forecasting.

Stakeholder/Leadership:
- Partner with marketing, commercial operations (digital analytics, data governance, sales analytics), and IT.
- Act as cross-functional subject matter expert; lead quarterly functional reviews with stakeholders.
- Manage external consulting resources.
- People leader accountabilities: create inclusion, develop talent, empower teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s + 8 years OR Master’s + 6 years OR PhD.

Preferred:
- Pharmaceutical or consumer data analytics/insight experience.
- HIV/virology therapy background; provider-administered (buy-and-bill) experience desired.
- MBA or Master’s preferred (healthcare/general management/analytics/data sciences).
- Strong commercial analytics, storytelling/data visualization, secondary data analysis (e.g., IMS, WK, IPSOS), and software skills (Excel, Tableau, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills; ability to gain consensus in matrix environments.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Salary range: $169,320.00–$219,120.00; may be eligible for discretionary bonus/stock incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
