Senior Manager, Channel Intelligence

Role: Senior Manager, Channel Intelligence within the Value & Access Marketing, Strategy, and Operations team, responsible for generating insights to optimize channel strategy, customer performance, contracting, and product distribution. Responsibilities include developing scorecards, analyzing specialty pharmacy, distributor, inventory, and market data, supporting strategic pricing, managing vendor relationships, and translating data into actionable insights for senior leadership. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, assessing channel dynamics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Finance and Commercial Operations. Requirements: 8+ years of biopharma industry experience (6+ with a master’s), deep knowledge of pharma distribution channels, familiarity with data sources like IQVIA, Symphony, and IntegriChain, advanced data management skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Preferred skills include relational databases, SQL, and FTP literacy. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred. Fluency in English essential.
