Associate Director, Oncology Outcomes Research

Role: Associate Director, Oncology Outcomes Research, leading health outcomes and real-world evidence projects to demonstrate the value of cancer medicines and support market access. Responsibilities: design and execute studies quantifying asset value across global and US markets; support strategy development; communicate findings through scientific presentations, publications, and tools; ensure research governance and quality; manage vendors and budgets; monitor market dynamics and reimbursement trends to inform evidence priorities. Requirements: minimum 3 years’ experience in pharma or related field; graduate degree (PhD, MS, MPH) in health economics, epidemiology, or outcomes research preferred; expertise in epidemiological methods, HEOR projects, and real-world data within oncology; deep knowledge of global healthcare systems; strong analytical and communication skills; willingness to travel 10-15%. Preferred: advanced scientific degrees, oncology experience, cross-functional collaboration skills, and strategic thinking.
