Role: Lead global oncology policy and advocacy efforts to align health system reforms with advances in cancer treatment, focusing on breast cancer pathway improvements and investment cases. Responsibilities: shape policy strategies; promote biomarker testing and patient navigation; develop compelling economic narratives; generate evidence through stakeholder partnerships; mobilize stakeholders including government and advocacy groups; translate global policies into local frameworks; advise senior leadership; track progress through metrics. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; at least 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry; strong understanding of healthcare systems, policy change, and oncology; leadership skills; strategic thinking; self-driven with collaborative aptitude; excellent communication. Preferred: advanced degree in public health, health policy, or oncology; experience in cancer control policies, biomarker ecosystems, health economics; multi-country leadership; data literacy; multilingual.
