Senior Manager, Cell Therapy Supply Chain (Devens, MA)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate complex supply chain activities to ensure material availability, production readiness, and product flow.
- Serve as key point of contact for cross-functional issue resolution (planning, inventory, logistics, execution risks).
- Partner with internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials and finished goods.
- Monitor supply performance, identify constraints, and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruptions.
- Support planning and supply chain processes to align and execute business priorities.
- Ensure accuracy/completeness of supply chain data, transactions, and system records; maintain/review reports and metrics.
- Ensure activities comply with cGMP, GDP, site procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements; support deviations, CAPAs, change controls, SOPs.
- Lead or contribute to root cause analysis, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications / Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8+ years relevant experience in supply chain, manufacturing support, logistics, planning, or materials management.
- 3+ years supporting ERP systems/transactional workflows (preferably SAP).
Preferred:
- Experience in regulated biopharma/pharma/biotech manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of cGMP/GDP and quality systems (deviations, CAPAs, change controls, SOP management).
- Microsoft Office proficiency; analytics/reporting tools experience.
- Continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, structured problem solving).
- APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM/CSCP/CLTD).
Compensation & Benefits (explicitly stated):
- $123,370–$149,494 (starting range).
