Senior Manager, Campaign Orchestration – Market Access

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate market access strategy for payers and specialty pharmacies into integrated campaign engagement plans and operationalize execution across channels.
- Design and manage end-to-end market access journeys, aligning channel mix, sequencing, frequency, and compliance requirements.
- Serve as day-to-day campaign orchestration lead for assigned market access work (scope, timelines, dependencies, execution quality).
- Use campaign and media analytics to drive data-informed prioritization and next-best-action logic.
- Coordinate activation across media vendors, channel teams, and enabling platforms to ensure consistent execution and performance optimization.
- Partner with Omnichannel Orchestration and Campaign Planning teams to leverage global tools/CRM and standardized frameworks.
- Lead test-and-learn optimization (A/B testing, sequencing refinement, channel tuning).
- Define, track, and interpret KPIs; surface insights and recommendations.
- Apply CX standards, templates, and governance.

Required Knowledge/Skills:
- Solid understanding of campaign orchestration workflows; ability to independently own complex market access campaigns.
- Strong execution across planning, orchestration, sequencing, and issue resolution.
- Strong omnichannel data/analytics understanding and ability to explain insights.
- Working knowledge of omnichannel orchestration tools and marketing CRM platforms.
- Experience coordinating multi-channel activation across vendors/platforms.
- Ability to apply CX governance consistently.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field.
- 7+ years’ experience in campaign orchestration, omnichannel marketing, or customer engagement in a pharmaceutical organization.

Preferred:
- MBA or relevant graduate degree.
- Healthcare/pharma or other highly regulated industry experience.
- Rare disease/specialty brand experience.

Working Requirements:
- 20–30% travel.
