Senior Manager, Business Integration and Application Onboarding

Role: Senior Manager, Business Integration and Application Onboarding within Pfizer’s Identity Security and Access Management (ISAM) organization, focusing on onboarding and integrating applications with enterprise IAM platforms like SailPoint and CyberArk. Responsibilities: lead end-to-end application onboarding, serve as primary liaison between ISAM Engineering and application owners, ensure secure, standards-compliant integrations, promote ISAM capabilities adoption, manage onboarding roadmaps, and enhance operational processes. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field; 6+ years in enterprise IT, with specific experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or application integration; hands-on familiarity with IAM platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk); strong knowledge of IAM concepts (identity lifecycle, access governance, RBAC, PAM); excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred: 4+ years leading IAM onboarding initiatives, experience with large enterprise cybersecurity teams, relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, SailPoint, CyberArk).
