Qualifications: Bachelor's in IT, cybersecurity, or related field; 6+ years in enterprise technology, with hands-on experience in IAM platforms, application integration, and complex implementation leadership. High-value specifics: expertise in IAM concepts (identity lifecycle, access governance, privileged access), familiarity with enterprise application architectures, and experience with SailPoint or CyberArk at scale; certifications like CISSP, CISM, or platform-specific credentials are a plus.
