POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Manager, Business Development will lead operational activities for the Corporate Development team, ensuring tasks comply with corporate development policies, best industry standards, and applicable regulations. Will manage deal processes, deal modeling, and potential deal assessments; collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners (e.g., investment bankers, management consultants).

Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, analyze, and value potential acquisitions, joint ventures, in-licensing, and strategic growth opportunities
- Deliver Business Development strategy objectives and support all phases of transaction execution
- Analyze industry dynamics and competitive landscape for current and strategic therapeutic areas
- Create, review, and present financial models (valuation and pro forma M&A analyses)
- Perform due diligence across functional areas
- Manage deal tracker and pipeline processes
- Support transaction negotiation and closing
- Assist in execution of corporate divestitures
- Work collaboratively across the organization and uphold Core Values and Leadership Behaviors
- Translate functional plans into team goals; influence cross-functionally and solve complex problems

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Science, or technical field); MBA preferred
- 5–7 years relevant experience in Corporate Development/Strategy, Business Development, Commercial Operations (biopharma) or consulting/investment banking
- Demonstrated transaction analysis experience (acquisitions evaluation, modeling, financial analysis)
- Leadership experience supporting/managing due diligence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional financial modeling skills (NPV, DCF)
- Ability to interact with senior executives; handle high-pressure environments; learn quickly in a fast-paced setting

Pay Range: $190,000 USD - $218,000 USD
