Responsibilities
- Serve as Product Manager & Analyst for assigned initiatives in Patient & Site Engagement.
- Solve business problems using AI-first, data-driven approaches; prioritize and groom backlog with Product Owner.
- Translate needs into user stories/features; facilitate continuous backlog refinement.
- Identify high-value challenges and deliver AI-enabled solutions to improve patient engagement/enrollment and site experience/activation.
- Research, evaluate, and implement AI/digital solutions; prototype using Python/GenAI tools and Figma.
- Use SQL/analytics to find trends, gaps, and insights.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery from concept through launch; partner with internal/external innovators.
- Coordinate UAT, validation, and releases; ensure compliance.
- Build business cases; measure impact with KPIs/OKRs (adoption, cycle time, quality/compliance, business/patient impact).
- Support data/AI governance and responsible AI guardrails.

Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Computer Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 5+ years as a technical Business Analyst or Product Analyst in healthcare/pharma/clinical research.
- Strong requirements documentation/process modeling; agile product development; data analysis/visualization.
- Hands-on: JIRA, Confluence, Figma, SQL, Python, GenAI tools.
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Desirable: AI/ML, LLMs, automation tools; global on-shore/off-shore experience.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Princeton, NJ, US: $135,320–$163,976; additional incentives may be available.
