Senior Manager, Benefit Operations – Americas (Tampa, FL or New Brunswick, NJ)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of benefits operations across North America and Latin America.
- Serve as primary relationship owner for third-party benefit vendors across the Americas; lead vendor governance, performance management, and service reviews.
- Monitor and hold vendors accountable to SLAs, contractual obligations, and performance standards; optimize service delivery and cost-efficiency.
- Oversee end-to-end benefits operations including health and welfare, retirement, absence and disability management, and related services.
- Ensure operational continuity and compliance with company policies and regional regulatory requirements.
- Monitor service performance metrics; implement corrective actions.
- Lead and manage SOX controls and compliance for North America.
- Partner with Global Services, Corporate Services Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, and Employee Relations/Labor Relations to drive alignment and improvements.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives; resolve service delivery issues using data and stakeholder feedback.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team; foster an inclusive, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8–10+ years’ experience in benefits operations, HR shared services, or related operational leadership.
- Experience managing complex vendor relationships and outsourced service delivery.
- Deep experience with benefits, pensions, and leave administration.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed/global organization.

Preferred
- Multi-country operations experience within the Americas; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent.
- Experience in global/shared services; Spanish language proficiency.

- Vacation: 120 hours/year; Sick time: 40 hours/year (CO: 48; WA: 56); Holiday pay (including floating): 13 days/year; Work/Personal/Family Time: up to 40 hours/year; Parental Leave: 480 hours (within 1 year); Bereavement: 240 hours immediate / 40 extended per year; Caregiver Leave: 80 hours (52-week rolling period); Volunteer Leave: 32 hours/year; Military Spouse Time-Off: 80 hours/year.
