Senior Manager, Benefit Operations – Americas (Tampa, FL or New Brunswick, NJ)

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary relationship owner for third-party benefit vendors across the Americas.
- Lead vendor governance (performance management, service reviews, alignment to service expectations and priorities); monitor SLAs/contractual obligations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance vendor performance, improve service delivery, and optimize cost-efficiency.
- Oversee end-to-end benefits operations (health & welfare, retirement, absence and disability management).
- Ensure operational continuity, compliance with policies, and adherence to regional regulatory requirements.
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
- Lead/manage SOX controls and compliance for North America with audit, Payroll, and Global Services HR.
- Build relationships with Global Services, Corporate Services Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, and Employee Relations/Labor Relations.
- Act as trusted advisor and point of contact for benefits operations issues and improvements; support communication/change management.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience; leverage data/benchmarks.
- Lead, coach, and develop benefits operations team; foster inclusive, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8–10+ years benefits operations / HR shared services / operational leadership.
- Experience managing complex vendor relationships and outsourced service delivery.
- Deep experience in benefits, pensions, and leave administration (design and industry best practices).
- Cross-functional stakeholder management in a matrixed, global organization.
- Experience leading teams and driving operational performance.

Preferred
- Multi-country Americas operations experience.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent.
- Global/shared services environment experience.
- Spanish proficiency.
