Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Authentication strategy to enable secure, user-friendly access; drive SSO adoption.
- Oversee design, implementation, and optimization of SSO/MFA framework; ensure scalability, resilience, and integration with internal and third-party/cloud services.
- Collaborate with IT, security, development, and product teams to integrate SSO/MFA into new and existing platforms; provide secure access management best practices.
- Ensure SSO aligns with security protocols and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST); lead security controls for authentication and authorization.
- Evaluate and select identity management tools (SSO, MFA, identity federation); manage vendor/third-party relationships for implementation and support.
- Lead incident management and troubleshooting for SSO/MFA; implement improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Improve user experience by simplifying login while maintaining high-security standards.
- Develop KPIs for SSO performance/security; report on effectiveness, engagement, breaches, and related metrics.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in relevant discipline.
- 6+ years IAM experience; at least 4 years focused on SSO; experience with authentication/IAM frameworks supporting 50,000+ users.
- Deep knowledge of SSO tech (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and experience with federation, MFA, and cloud IAM; knowledge of Okta, Azure AD, or Ping Identity.
- Ability to solve complex authentication/authorization problems in a global environment.
- Strong security best practices (encryption, tokenization, secure protocols).
- Experience leading IAM support/engineering/operations teams in a global business unit.
- Knowledge of regulations including SOX and GXP.
- Agile experience; collaborative, adaptable, proactive problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Masterโ€™s degree.
- Deep expertise in Ping Identity solutions.
