Key Responsibilities:
- Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a subset of AbbVie Omnichannel analytics capabilities.
- Define problem space (business outcomes, user needs, scope, product backlog) and partner with Data Science/Data Transformation/BTS for technical delivery.
- Manage full APEX product lifecycle for 2–3 Omnichannel initiatives (Intake→Solutioning→Prioritization→Build & Validate→Delivery & Adoption→Measure & Enhance).
- Drive value-based prioritization and trade-off decisions; define acceptance criteria.
- Define/track success metrics (adoption and business impact) and support closed-loop measurement for promotional effectiveness.
- Partner with Marketing, Digital Lab, BTS, APEX Business Units, and vendors to co-develop analytics delivering measurable value across HCP/patient journeys.
- Represent products in Product Council; feed updates to AD for Steering Committee visibility.
- Engage stakeholders consultatively; communicate roadmap/inights to senior cross-functional audiences.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field; MBA/MS/PhD preferred.
- 8+ years marketing/digital/commercial analytics in biopharma/healthcare/life sciences.
- 4+ years as product owner/manager for analytics/data/technology with full lifecycle ownership.
- 4+ years in omnichannel/engagement/journey analytics or closed-loop measurement.
- 4+ years defining data/technology requirements with data science/engineering.
- 4+ years measuring commercial effectiveness (promotional response, closed-loop, A/B testing, quasi-experimental).
- Coordinate with vendors/external partners; hands-on Python/R/SQL and technical engagement ability.

Preferred:
- Agile product development experience (backlog, sprint planning, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Pharma data source familiarity (e.g., Symphony Health, IQVIA).
- Product governance framework exposure (intake triage, investment prioritization, steering committees).
