Position Summary:
The Americas Benefits Process and Product Design (Benefits PPD) role implements and manages comprehensive, customer-centric benefits programs using successful vendor management. Responsible for vendor management, compliance with regulatory changes, data management, vendor relations, and budget oversight.

Detailed Position Responsibilities:
- Develop metrics to measure cost-of-service delivery, ongoing administration, and vendor utilization.
- Lead vendor management activities and contract renewals to ensure service level agreements are exceeded.
- Evaluate carrier performance/processes and employee experience; establish cost metrics for service delivery and administration.
- Build strong vendor/carrier partnerships in the Americas region.
- Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory changes; maintain documentation and operational plan conformity.
- Manage distribution of annual compliance notices/communications within deadlines.
- Oversee data collection for pension governance, actuarial requirements, and plan compliance; address escalations and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with Corporate Communications to message and promote benefits, including work-life and well-being programs.
- Implement communication plans to improve awareness and utilization.
- Support process improvement, automation, and standardization; use technology to increase participation/engagement and reduce operational cost.
- Act as subject matter expert for renewals, data analytics, and local compliance.
- Lead post-close activities for 401(k) and health & well-being plans; guide standardized benefits for acquired employees.
- Lead derisking project for defined benefit pension plan and formulate standard pension plan processes.

Desired Experience:
Must have:
- 5–7 years benefits administration, vendor management, and compliance regulations.
- In-depth pension governance, actuarial requirements, and plan compliance knowledge.
- Experience developing and implementing communication strategies.
- Knowledge of health and wellbeing assessment tools/interventions.
- Benefits standards/policies knowledge, especially for M&A integration.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-year implementations.
- Strong organizational/leadership/communication skills; customer-centric approach and financial acumen.

Ideal also have:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Consulting/influence and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Online Benefits Admin/Darwin, ADP.
- Ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
