Position Summary
Americas Benefits Process and Product Design (Benefits PPD) is responsible for implementing and managing comprehensive benefits programs with customer-centric vendor management, strategic planning, financial acumen, and operational excellence.

Detailed Position Responsibilities
- Vendor management: develop cost-of-service and utilization metrics; lead vendor management and contract renewals to exceed SLAs; evaluate carrier performance and employee experience; build vendor/carrier partnerships across the Americas.
- Governance & compliance: ensure compliance with legislative/regulatory changes; manage annual compliance notices/communications; oversee pension governance and actuarial/plan compliance data; handle escalations and resolve issues.
- Communication & delivery: coordinate with Corporate Communications to message and promote benefits and well-being programs; implement communication plans to increase awareness and utilization.
- Process improvement: support benefits administration process improvement, automation, and standardization; apply technology/standard best practices to increase participation and reduce operational cost; serve as SME for renewals, data analytics, and local compliance.
- Mergers & acquisitions: lead post-close activities for 401(k) and health/well-being plans; standardize approach for acquired employees; lead derisking for defined benefit pension plan and standard pension processes.

Must Have Requirements
- 5–7 years benefits administration, vendor management, and compliance.
- Deep pension governance/actuarial/plan compliance knowledge.
- Ability to build effective communication strategies.
- Knowledge of health/wellbeing assessment tools and interventions.
- Experience with benefits standards/policies for M&A integration.
- Proven large-scale, multi-year project management.
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, customer-centric mindset, and financial acumen.

Ideal Candidates Would Also Have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Consulting/stakeholder management and influence.
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Online Benefits Admin/Darwin, ADP.
- Ability to present complex information clearly.
