Hybrid (onsite Stoughton, MA): Required onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics & Reporting will drive advanced analytics and performance reporting to inform strategic and tactical business decisions as part of a cross-functional team (Sales, Marketing, Market Access & Trade).

Responsibilities:
- Synthesize primary and secondary data into clear national performance narratives; anticipate business questions; surface actionable insights, opportunities, and risks to Commercial leadership
- Deliver timely, decision-ready reporting and analyses on national market trends, product performance, opportunities, and risks; translate findings into recommended actions and next steps
- Apply advanced analytics and statistical methods (e.g., marketing mix modeling, persistency analysis) to answer priority business questions and identify actionable levers
- Develop data-backed recommendations with clear options and trade-offs, refining approaches to deliver insights faster and more efficiently
- Own Commercial reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly and ad hoc), flagging early signals and recommending actions to capture opportunities and mitigate risks
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting in collaboration with Commercial Operations
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to scope analytics, align on success metrics, and deliver multiple projects on time
- Identify opportunities for improvement and automation; leverage AI/ML where appropriate

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required; Masterโ€™s degree highly desirable
- 7+ years of related experience required
- Advanced analytics capabilities with large data sets; tools such as SQL, Python, and R
- Experience with statistical modeling, including regression analysis
- Ability to design hypothesis-driven analytical approaches
- Knowledge of syndicated national and payer/HCP-level commercial pharmaceutical data (e.g., Symphony, IQVIA, claims, wholesaler data)
- Strong business acumen; advanced quantitative skills; written and oral presentation skills; detail-oriented
- Expert with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) required
