Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a national team of five Account Executives evaluating brand business impact across assigned GPO, IDN, and hospital systems.
- Work with Sales Leadership and Federal Managed Care Leadership to manage VA/DOD initiatives; develop strategy to penetrate these accounts and allocate human/financial resources to optimize ROI.
- Drive assigned brand sales volume and market share growth in a regional book of business; identify trends/opportunities; lead teams to meet regional sales objectives; assess business opportunity and contract strategy.
- Identify regional business opportunities and threats; develop action plans.
- Identify market opportunities/threats; develop action plans for market events; partner with Channel Marketing to coordinate in-house support; implement/coordinate/optimize franchise marketing initiatives with local leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in health/sciences/pharmacy/business (preferred) or relevant equivalent industry experience (required).
- Advanced analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting business.
- Ability to assess the business environment and develop/execute responses to market opportunities.
- Valid driverβs license and ability to meet safe driving requirements.
- Must satisfy applicable HCIR credentialing requirements for entry into assigned facilities (e.g., background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination proof, fingerprinting, state/city licenses); maintain good standing/eligibility.

- Previous leadership experience and experience working in an account setting.
