The Maintenance Supervisor improves workforce productivity, enhances safety and quality, achieves Maintenance Excellence KPIs in the Manufacturing and Packaging facility, and supervises the maintenance organization by identifying and eliminating potential delays, obstacles, and schedule conflicts. Acts as the primary liaison for cross-functional partners and the point person for maintenance issues on the shop floor. Collects, compiles, organizes, and reports maintenance-related KPIs. Provides project management for maintenance continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a maintenance group of 15 employees (performance evaluation, talent acquisition, succession planning, training/talent development, performance management).
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements, cGMP, and SOPs.
- Maintain accurate CMMS files and records for control reports.
- Initiate/implement changes to physical and written procedures, including job plans.
- Principal liaison between maintenance and departments served.
- Ensure prompt, efficient, quality service.
- Communicate events/issues to appropriate individuals; meet requesting-department deadlines and maintain preventive maintenance schedule.
- Make priority, scheduling, cost-saving, and (where applicable) vendor-performance decisions; notify customers if work can’t be scheduled within required time.
- Make tactical response-time decisions based on work priority.
- Support the site maintenance budget and deliver cost savings.
- Meet site maintenance KPIs; coordinate maintenance and calibration scheduling with operations.
- Interface with Engineering Services, Operations Manager, and other Supervisors on evaluation/development/implementation/management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (2+ years) or Technical degree (5+ years) in Mechanical/Electromechanical/Electrical & Instrumentation, MRO, or Reliability Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with cGMP and Good Documentation.
- Familiarity with P&ID drawings, loop diagrams, and one-line schematics.
- Strong technical knowledge; judgment for complex-scope problems.
- Ability to work with diverse groups and communicate effectively (oral/written/presentations).
- Interpersonal skills to negotiate and reconcile differences.
- Technical background in healthcare/medical devices/pharmaceuticals/biologics (preferred).
- Demonstrated competency with financial systems and fiscal control.
