Senior Maintenance Planner/Scheduler 1

Role Summary

Senior Maintenance Planner/Scheduler 1 at BeOne Medicines Ltd. Responsible for developing and managing all support services for the Facilities and Engineering team at the Hopewell site, including full ownership of the CMMS, planning and scheduling, preventive maintenance strategy, and maintenance SOPs in line with regulatory and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all support services for the Facilities and Engineering team.
• Manage CMMS at the Hopewell site.
• Manage F&E CMMS, Maintenance SOPs for the site.
• Implement and manage CMMS planning and scheduling for the Hopewell site.
• Manage Preventative Maintenance strategy for the Hopewell site.
• Develop and maintain BeOne‚Äôs Engineering processes and procedures according to regulatory and quality requirements.
• Solicit and respond to user input with team members and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide leadership demonstrating integrity, courage and passion and promote engagement and professional development.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Experience in managing projects and ensuring deliverables are on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor‚Äôs degree in Engineering or related field; in lieu of a degree, relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience: 5+ years with Bachelor‚Äôs degree, 7+ years without Bachelor‚Äôs degree in facility and engineering roles related to biological products and equipment.

Skills

• Strong PC literacy; MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of MS Project is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor‚Äôs degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

Additional Requirements

• Travel: ~10% may be required.
