Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with training colleagues, Sales, Operations, Marketing leadership, and preceptors to implement performance-based, standardized training and development.
- Develop a comprehensive sales training curriculum for training classes, POAs, and meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure training materials meet Sales/Marketing goals and objectives.
- Ensure training resources meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
- Deploy curriculum covering Selling Skills, Scientific Agility, and Business Analytics.
- Design and execute training programs/projects with external vendors and internal personnel.
- Assess training effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick Model.
- Use innovative technologies to support adult learning (live and virtual).
- Engage the WW Centre of Excellence to share/leverge assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s/Doctorate preferred.
- 1 year sales training experience required; 2 years in Hematology and/or Oncology preferred.
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
- Demonstrated curriculum design and adult learning principles; workshop leadership experience.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proven goal achievement; manage multiple projects.
- Ability to develop/implement learning objectives, strategies, and tactics.
- Problem-solving, solutions-oriented team player.
- Strong business analytics skills.
- Experience working in complex cross-matrix environments with Marketing, Sales Operations, Medical, Legal/Regulatory/Compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and AI applications.
- Ability to travel for multiple meeting engagements.
