Manages recovery protocols, troubleshooting, vendor engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or related fields with 6+ years (BS), 4+ years (MS), or 2+ years (PhD) of relevant automation experience; proven expertise in laboratory workflows, sample handling, and automation equipment. Preferred skills include experience with ELN, LIMS, data platforms, scripting, and familiarity with biologics discovery workflows. The role may involve travel for vendor assessments, system builds, or site visits.
