Senior IT Security Analyst

Role: Lead Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity initiatives to ensure secure manufacturing, laboratory, and R&D environments at Bausch + Lomb. Responsibilities: support and coordinate OT security efforts, perform risk assessments and architecture reviews, develop security standards, and implement controls such as network segmentation and secure remote access. Serve as a key resource for cross-functional teams, translating cybersecurity requirements into practical guidance, and supporting continuous process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 3+ years in cybersecurity supporting regulated, manufacturing, or operational environments; strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred: experience with OT or industrial systems, and relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
